The system is still being built. Clinics that start now work directly with the developer and fix their price for 24 months.
Everything your veterinary practice needs. In one place.
Patients, appointments, medical records, billing, inventory and multiple branches — one practice management platform you open in a browser.
The demonstration environment is open: one click on the sign-in screen and you are in. No registration and no sales call.
One platform. Your entire practice.
Grow the practice without growing the software bill. A branch is a location, not a second subscription.
Every animal's history — visits, diagnoses, vaccinations and files — in one card that opens in a click.
Appointments, doctors and the waiting room on one screen the whole team reads the same way.
Start with one consulting room and grow to several towns without moving to another system.

How it works today
Your practice shouldn't run on disconnected tools.
A spreadsheet, paper cards, a separate calendar and an accounts package — each one works, and together they make work that need not exist.
By Thursday the desk has two of the same client, and nobody knows which card holds last year's results.
The X-ray is in one folder, the vaccination card in another, and the visit note in the vet's own notebook.
In the evening somebody re-types the day's visits into another program and hopes nothing was missed.
The new location starts with an empty client list, and the same client is entered all over again.
The roster is on the fridge, the leave is in a chat, and an appointment gets booked with a vet who is away.
No screen says whose booster is due, so it is noticed only when the owner rings in themselves.
All of it is one problem: the data lives in several places, and none of them knows about the others.
The answer
One system for your entire veterinary practice.
Six modules working on the same records. The client entered at reception is the client on the invoice and the one in the same card at the other branch.
Clients and patients
The owner and their animals in one connected profile — contacts, microchip, species, breed and the whole history.
Medical records
An episode with history, examination and diagnosis, each visit's measurements, and the files attached to it.
Appointments
Day, week, list and the waiting-room board. One booking form across the whole system.
Billing
Lines are added to the visit and the invoice is made of them — with VAT, serial numbers and your own letterhead.
Products and vaccines
Price list, expiry dates and serial numbers. A vaccine put on the invoice lands in the animal's passport in the same act.
Multi-branch
Every location its own diary, roster and opening hours. The client and patient register underneath them is one.

Not renderings — photographs of the running system, as it stands today.
Several locations
Grow your practice. Not your software bill.
Add as many branches as the business needs. The subscription follows whoever issues the invoices — a company or a self-employed practitioner — and never the number of doors it has opened.
- One client and patient register. A client walking into the second branch is already there, with the whole history.
- Each location its own day. Its own diary, roster, opening hours, address and practice licence number — the one printed on invoices raised there.
- People see what concerns them. Staff work in their branch; a manager sees all of them.
- A new branch changes nothing on the bill. It is a location, not a second subscription and not a second system to keep in step with the first.
YOUR PRACTICE
Three branches or one — the client and patient register underneath them is the same.
From the manager's chair
See your practice at a glance.
The screen you open at the end of the month and before an order: figures for a period, for a branch, and for whatever needs acting on.
- Revenue for the period with the VAT split beside it rather than in a separate printout.
- Unpaid invoices — how many and for how much, with a link to the list.
- Vaccinations due and overdue — two numbers that say how much work is ahead.
- Products running out of date — before they become a write-off.
- Filters by branch and period, and they can never show more than a person is allowed to see.
One working day
From appointment to invoice
Four steps, each on its own screen. No animal, owner or amount is entered twice.
One form across the system: client, animal, veterinarian, branch and visit type.
The steps advance on their own — hover to hold.
Security and reliability
Built for the data your practice depends on.
No superlatives. Every line here is something a support call could demonstrate in a minute.
Each clinic stands on its own server and its own database. Your records are not on one machine with another practice.
HTTPS throughout, from sign-in to printout.
Everyone sees what their job needs and no more. The clinic sets the privileges, not us.
Who changed a record and when — written down and readable back.
The database and every uploaded file in one archive; the last two weeks of archives are kept.
Servers in the European Union, and that holds for the nightly copies too.
Regular, and with no separate line on the invoice. You do not have to plan a migration to the new version.
Ask at any time and you get the database and the files in full, in a format anyone can read.
Pricing
Simple pricing. No surprises.
One subscription per practice. Branches, staff and every capability on this page are inside it — there are no tiers to choose between.
Veterinary practice
Unlimited branches and users
€99 per month
Book a demoInstallation is included: branches, opening hours, the price list, the letterhead, visit types and permissions — set up with you and checked against your own work. Billed monthly, with no fixed term.
The subscription includes:
- Every capability shown on this page — for everyone who works there
- Unlimited branches in one register
- Unlimited users — reception, assistants and the manager included
- Your own server in the EU, with a nightly backup
- Updates at no separate charge
- Support from the person who wrote the system
- Latvian and English in full, printouts included
- Your data in full whenever you ask — including on the way out
One subscription per invoice-issuing party — a company or a self-employed practitioner — not per location. The number of branches does not affect the price, and neither does the number of users: reception, assistants, the manager and shared terminals are free and unlimited.
Data migration
€190 one-off
Needed only if you are coming from another system: clients, patients and the price list from your export or spreadsheet, imported and checked together with you, plus an hour with reception and an hour with the vets in your own data. We look at the file before promising anything. If you are coming from paper, this is not needed.
Already in the monthly figure
Your own server
Each clinic stands on its own server: your records share neither a database nor a machine with any other practice. The nightly backup, the updates and support are in that same figure — there is no separate line for them. The size of the server follows the size of the practice; if you keep a great many images, we adjust it and tell you, rather than revealing it on an invoice.
The system is still being built, and for clinics starting now this price is fixed for 24 months — even if the price list changes in the meantime.
Why this one
Built around how veterinary practices actually work.
VetCare began as the system for one Latvian veterinary clinic — built alongside it and proven in its own working day. It became a product other practices can use because it worked in a real clinic first, not the other way round.
One connected workflow
Client, patient, visit, episode and invoice are one chain. No animal and no amount is entered twice.
Multi-location ready
A branch is not a second account, a second login or a second subscription. The register underneath them is one from day one.
Clear for your team
Latvian and English in full — every screen, every notification and every printable document, not just the menu.
A person answers
One developer, who wrote the system, installs it and trains your staff. There is no support queue and no sales team.
Straight answers
What is in it, and what deliberately is not.
Every supplier's feature list looks the same. This is the second column — what we have not built, and why. Better learned now than in month two.
Included
- Client and patient register with microchip and full history
- Calendar, waiting-room board and work schedules
- Episodes with history, examination, diagnosis and measurements
- Invoices with VAT, serial numbers and your own letterhead
- Price list, products and expiry-date monitoring
- Vaccination register and the animal's passport page
- Reports by branch and by period
- Permissions, audit log and GDPR export with anonymisation
Deliberately not
- Stock countingWe watch expiry dates but do not count what is on the shelf. A number that disagrees with the shelf is worse than no number, and keeping one true needs deliveries, stocktakes and write-offs — that is a module, not a column.
- A payment ledgerAn invoice is paid or it is not. There are no part payments, methods or credit notes, because in this practice the bill is settled at the counter, in full, once.
- Messages to your clientsVetCare writes nothing to animal owners — no email and no SMS. The register says whose booster is due, and the clinic decides who to ring.
- An owner portal and online bookingThere is no owner login. The conversation with an animal's owner happens at the counter and on the telephone, and VetCare is a tool the staff hold.
- Prescriptions and inpatient careThere is no prescriptions module and no inpatient record, and no estimates either. If any of that is required by your practice, we say so in the first conversation.
If something in the right-hand column is a must for your practice, say so straight away. We will answer honestly about whether and when it might change, rather than promise it in the next version.
Questions
What clinics ask first
How much does it cost?
€99 per month per practice, with installation included. The number of branches and users does not affect the price. Migrating data from another system is €190 one-off, and it is only needed if there is data to migrate.
Can I have multiple branches?
Yes, and it does not change the price. A branch is a location with its own diary, roster, opening hours and address; the client and patient register underneath all of them is one.
Can different branches have different staff?
Yes. Each member of staff is assigned to one or more branches, and their privileges decide what they see. A manager can see every location; reception sees its own.
Is my data isolated from other customers?
Yes. Each clinic has its own environment and its own database on its own server. Your records are not in a shared table with another practice.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It is an ordinary database and a folder of files. Ask at any time and you get both in full. The licence does not hold your records hostage, and leaving does not mean losing them.
What does VetCare deliberately not do?
It does not count stock on the shelf — it does watch and flag expiry dates. There is no owner portal and no online booking, no inpatient record, no prescriptions module and no payment ledger: an invoice is paid or it is not. All of it is a decision rather than something unfinished — the section above lists it in full, with the reasons.
What language does it work in?
Latvian and English, both in full — every screen, every notification and every printable document. The clinic picks one, along with its time zone, currency, date format and the units patients are weighed in. A third language is a translation file rather than a separate build, so say if you need one.
Can we host it on our own server?
You already have your own server — every clinic stands on a separate machine and we keep it running, so you need neither a server nor somebody who knows how to look after one. The question is therefore about a server in your own premises or your own cloud account. That is a conversation worth having; it is a separate arrangement with a price of its own, named after talking rather than as a box on a price list.

Tell us about your practice
You have already seen the system. What is left is whether it fits your practice — and what would have to change for it to. If it does not fit, we will say so.
- A person answers, not a sales team. One developer — the same one who will install it and train your staff.
- A demonstration in your own data. We set up an instance with your price list so you can judge it by your own work.
- No commitment. The first conversation is half an hour about what you do now.
One platform. Every branch. Everything under control.
The demonstration environment is open and filled with real clinic work. Beside the sign-in form there is a list of accounts — veterinarian, reception, manager. One click and you are looking at the system from that chair; there is no password to remember.
The demonstration runs in one language at a time, because the interface language is a clinic setting. Say if you want the other one and we will switch it.
